Brushing

Diet
Try to limit your intake of sugary foods as they are the biggest contributor to tooth decay. If you must snack throughout the date, stick to cheese or nuts. If it’s difficult for you to give up sweets, only eat them during mealtimes, and brush your teeth afterward.
