The skin may be affected by a wide range of illnesses, such as infections, inflammation, aberrant growth of cells and abnormal skin coloring. Such problems might be brought on by a disease from the inside, contact with an irritant, or anything else. Blemishes, lumps, rashes, changes in the color or texture of the skin, itching, or discomfort are just a few examples of symptoms. If your symptoms are not addressed elsewhere, consult this PDF.

ACNE
Acne is the name given to a set of skin conditions that mostly affect the face, chest, and back and are brought on by infection and blockage of the hair follicles. There are 3 primary categories of symptoms.
Blackheads
- These tiny black patches are a result of excess skin pigment covering sebum and skin debris that has become trapped in a hair follicle.
Pustules
- Pustules are little, red bumps with raised, white centers. They develop when too much sebum obstructs an irritated hair follicle.
Cysts
- These tender, red, fluid-filled masses are seen beneath the skin. They last for a number of weeks and have a higher propensity than other forms of blemishes to leave scars.
Self-help
Simple face washing twice a day is all that is required to treat mild acne with blackheads and the occasional pustule. Sunlight exposure frequently makes the condition better. Squeezing blemishes should be avoided because it could lead to infection and scarring. There are numerous over-the-counter acne treatments available. Some of these might be beneficial to you. However, you should refrain from using anything too forcefully since this could result in long-term skin damage.
