The most common genital issue in young females is vulva (the external genital area) itch and inflammation. This may result in discomfort when urinating and may be brought on by an infection or by irritation from soaps or other substances. A strange vaginal secretion could worry your daughter as well. If you or your daughter detect any issues, consult this diagnostic questionnaire.
GENITAL IRRITATION, SELF-HELP
Try the following self-help techniques if your kid experiences (vulvovaginitis), which causes pain and irritability in the genital region but has no known medical cause.
Only use plain water to thoroughly wash your genital region once a day; soaps and bath products could make the irritation worse.
To stop germs from moving from the bowel to the vagina and vulva, make sure your kid always wipes from front to back after using the restroom.
Every day, change your child’s underwear. Use only those that are cotton-based or have a cotton gusset, if at all possible. When washing your child’s underwear, take extra care to rinse out all soap residues.
