INABILITY TO PASS URINE
You need emergency medical care if you notice that you have a strong urge to urinate yet are unable to do so. Try taking a warm bath to help you pass some urine while you wait for medical assistance.
UNPREDICTABLE LOSS OF BLADDER CONTROL
Particularly if you’ve recently suffered a back injury or have noticed weakness in your legs, a sudden inability to control urine may be an indication of damage to the spinal cord or nervous system.

EXERCISES FOR THE BLADDER MUSCLE SUPPORT
The pelvic floor muscles, which support the bladder and reproductive organs, can be strengthened with these exercises. The exercises are beneficial at any time, but they are especially helpful during pregnancy, after childbirth, or if you have poor bladder control. Do this at least twice each day when you use the restroom to pass urine.
- Contract the muscles around the vagina upwards and inwards so as to stop the flow urine.
- Hold on to this position for a count of 6.
- Now, let the urine to flow for an additional count of 6.
- Before completely emptying your bladder, pause the flow once again for a count of 6.
